Using the forms

Form entries stay in the current page while you move between steps. Each form shows when email delivery is unavailable. Requests are emailed to the business through the configured Microsoft Graph sender after provider acceptance. No automated acknowledgement or marketing email is sent to sellers. Refreshing or closing the page clears the visible form. Browser session storage keeps only a request ID and fingerprint to prevent duplicate sends, not your entered contact or property details.

Information requested

The form asks for a property address, optional property details, your name, and contact information for following up about the property. Do not enter Social Security numbers, banking information, or sensitive financial details.

Contacting John directly

Use the contact form or the offer request form. Contact requests ask for your name, preferred contact method, the corresponding email address or phone number, and an optional message. When email delivery is unavailable, the form reports that the request was not sent. When accepted, the notification is sent to the business inbox. The server stores a private request ID, fingerprint, timestamp, and delivery state for duplicate protection; it does not store the entered property/contact information in that ledger. The business inbox and email provider retain messages according to their policies.

Address suggestions

Address lookup uses Geoapify and is available on this website. The address text you type is sent through our server to Geoapify to retrieve suggestions, using OpenStreetMap-based data. No name, phone, email, or property notes are sent for this lookup. You can use manual address entry instead. See Geoapify’s privacy policy. This site does not persist or log address-search text; the provider and hosting service have their own processing practices.

Tracking and marketing

This build includes no advertising trackers, external analytics, third-party embedded forms, or automated marketing. Provider-neutral measurement events stay within the current page and contain only event names, form type, step numbers, and a predefined page path; no entries are sent to an analytics service. Images and scripts are served locally. The server uses temporary request counters and form-session tokens to limit repeated submission attempts and does not log form contents. A honeypot field helps reject automated spam. Unexpected delivery outcomes are held for review instead of automatically sending duplicate notifications.

Service providers and information handling

The website is hosted by Netlify. Geoapify provides address suggestions, Microsoft processes inquiry email notifications, and Upstash stores private form-session, rate-limit, and duplicate-protection records. Authorized project administrators and service providers may access information needed to operate these services. The business inbox and providers retain information according to their applicable practices. Use the contact form to ask about access, correction, deletion, retention, or how information may be used if a buying partner is involved.
